Li & Fung preparing to list brand division

A decade ago, Li & Fung considered brand ownership the missing piece in its global sourcing portfolio. Now it’s planning to list the division on the Hong Kong exchange, according to a report from Bloomberg.
The sourcing giant announced its intention to spin off the branded business in March. Bloomberg sources put the value of the division at $2 billion.
